World Series champion, Dempster, offering the experience of a lifetime

Monday, November 25, 2013

OTTAWA-The 12th annual Baseball Canada National Teams Awards Banquet is a little over six weeks away and recent World Series champion Ryan Dempster has once again stepped up to the plate offering two, once-in-a-lifetime fantasy packages.

Both packages will be auctioned off on Saturday, January 11th at the Northern Lights Ballroom inside the Renaissance Hotel at Rogers Centre in Toronto.

The packages offer a unique opportunity to experience the life of a big league ball player in one of baseball’s most historic venues, Fenway Park.

Each package includes airfare for 4 people, 3 night hotel stay in downtown Boston, 2 restaurant meals, tickets to a four game series, and best of all, a clubhouse tour with Ryan along with the opportunity to be on the field for pre-game batting practice.

This unique package is virtually an all-access pass to hang out with one of baseball’s finest personalities in Ryan Dempster and is simply not available anywhere else, but through the Baseball Canada National Teams Awards Banquet Auction!

Can’t make it to the banquet on January 11th? No problem! You can place a bid starting today until January 11th by sending an email to media@baseball.ca with the subject line “Ryan Dempster Package”.

Minimum bid is $9,000.

Please be sure to include a phone number when submitting your bid.
